Below is one picture with 3 different frames made with 3 different filters.

This is a simple bevel edge.

This one was cool, a see through double glass effect.

The third one I was assigned to do I did not like so I made this one instead. Pretty huh.

I used two different filters I found on the net, a wood grain and an emboss on top of a light brown color #D18A45.

In this picture I took a copy of a guy on a bike and placed it aside then used a "Motion Blur" on
the original image, then place the bike-guy back a little ahead. It looks like he's moving. Neat huh.
