The look of the original doesn't look much different
than the 10% compression so I did not include it.
They
all look pretty good until you get toward 70%.
The basic rule is this. You use the .jpg file format with an image that has a lot of different colors like in a photo. | And the .gif file format when the image is mostly solid in color. | As you can see the .gif file format was the better choice for the first two exercises. I like the .jpg image of the letters in the last one. Even with the blur. |
