PSP Final Assignment: Collage

I created a collage using mask and four different photos for this part of my final.

The blueberries are a gift to the Rock Goddess. I placed a detailed explanation of
how I created the image below all of the photos.



Below is a copy of all of the photos I used.



Ok. I took the webgirl photo and placed it as a layer atop the rock photo.

I made the rock layer active and with the selection tool set to freehand, drew out the area of the webgirls face I wanted to appear as part of the rock.

I went to edit and made the selection I made a new image. (left)

I made the webgirl layer active then used a mask to get rid of the part of the photo I didn't want.

I took the eraser tool and with the opacity set to 50 erased all of the face except for the eyes, mouth and shadow areas.

I took the new image that I made earlier and placed it atop the face and moved its opacity down to 44. Now I have 3 layers.

I reactivated the face layer and used a mask to delete the part that covered the cracks in the rock and made space for the leaves.

I took the Earth and blueberry photos added them as layers atop the rock photo giving me 5 layers.

I used masks to delete out the areas of the photos that I didn't want and added a white drop shadow to the Earth.
